As you would expect our apartments are visited on a regular basis by us for a thorough clean, replacement of all bed-linen and towels, and the checking for any maintenance requirements such as replacement equipment following breakages and normal wear- and-tear. Our house-keeping service is provided as standard on changeover, but can be tailored to meet your needs, at an extra charge for more frequent visits.   The house-keeping is carried out by us - the owners of the property - we pride ourselves on attention to detail and our meticulous level of cleanliness; this is bourne out by our VisitEngland 4-Star rating; which has a very high criteria score for cleanliness. All the bed-linen, towels and tea towels laundry is done at home by us, we use non-bio washing powders and fabric conditioners - every item is steam-ironed.   We return the apartment to the same high standard that you are greeted with upon check-in, meaning that every apartment is presented as ‘fresh and new’ on arrival.
