As you are probably aware previous guest reviews are extremely helpful to potential users of our holiday accommodation.  We want new guests to benefit and make judgements derived from the experiences of previous guests. We try very hard to maintain our standards and therefore our reputation as good hosts; having guests return time after time is very rewarding. We invite all our previous guests to write an unbiased review of their stay in our properties; we want you to be candid, of course we want the positives and the praise - who wouldn’t, it’s good for the ego! - we want the criticisms too and suggestions for improvements.  We can’t guarantee that we will implement them all but we promise that we will certainly seriously consider all suggestions. ALL REVIEWS ARE ANONYMOUS AND CANNOT BE REMOVED BY US; WE WILL REPLY TO & COMMENT ON YOUR POSTED REVIEW, IF APPLICABLE. Guests who have a complaint about any of our holiday accommodations or the way we  run our business can leave a candid review; we will respond to any comments made sensibly and sensitively.  Anyone who attempts to “blackmail” us by threatening us with a bad review should know that we will report every instance of a threat immediately; they have a system in place to deal with this irresponsible and illegal action.  We are also members of GuestScan and such actions will also be reported to them; this could potentially lead to the guest being refused accommodation in thousands of accommodation properties around the world.
