Our website offers live availability and holiday rental tariff prices on-line. If you want to get a quote, book and make your initial payment straight away using a credit or debit card then use the FreeToBook system - BOOK NOW button, if you want to book and receive confirmation of the amount to pay and then use an alternative method of payment such as Bank Transfer or International Bank Transfer then use the RESERVATION FORM. FreeToBook/FabPay You can get an immediate quote for your dates by using the FreeToBook link on the HOME page or any of the “BOOK NOW” buttons at the top of this page. When using this method of booking you will proceed to the reservation details page and then the FabPay payment page.  The system will advise you of the amount that you will be paying; either, the full rental and security deposit if 6-weeks or less to your arrival date; or,  the deposit amount if greater than 6-weeks to your arrival date. These are secure pages using FabPay (WorldPay affiliate) for payment by credit or debit card. This is a live system and the availability calendars within FreeToBook will be automatically updated. When we receive your deposit payment you will be sent a CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION email that is a receipt for your deposit payment, it also shows the balance amount outstanding that must be paid 6-weeks before your arrival date.  We will send you a 42-DAY REMINDER email to jog your memory, we expect the outstanding balance to be paid within 3-working days.  On the receipt of your balance payment you will receive a RECEIPT OF BALANCE PAYMENT email.  The outstanding balance will include a refundable Security Deposit. 6-Weeks or less before your arrival date then the Holiday Rental and Security Deposit must be paid in full. On receipt of the payment in full you will receive a RECEIPT OF BALANCE PAYMENT email. Reservation Form Alternatively, you can choose to provide all guest information using our on-line Guest Reservation Form for the property chosen; the on-line Reservation Form will then be securely transmitted to our booking system.  You will receive an automatic email confirming the Guest Reservation Form has been received. Your booking will then be processed  and a PROVISIONAL CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION will be emailed to you. This document contains a Booking Reference and all the details of your chosen holiday accommodation, the arrival and departure dates, guest details and the total cost of your holiday.  It also shows the amounts to be paid now to secure the booking.   On completing the on-line Guest Reservation Form you will be given a Booking Reference and the property will be held for you until 6pm on the next working day. You will need to make the required payment by 6pm on the next working day. If you do not confirm your chosen payment method and make a payment then the booking will automatically be released onto general sale.   If your arrival date is longer than 6-weeks away you must pay the deposit shown on the PROVISIONAL CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION email - 25% of the total Holiday Rental.  When we receive your deposit payment you will be sent a CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION email that is a receipt for your deposit payment, it also shows the balance amount outstanding that must be paid 6-weeks before your arrival date.  We will send you a 42-DAY REMINDER email to jog your memory, we expect the outstanding balance to be paid within 3-working days.  On the receipt of your balance payment you will receive a RECEIPT OF BALANCE PAYMENT email.  The outstanding balance will include a refundable Security Deposit. 6-Weeks or less before your arrival date then the Holiday Rental and Security Deposit must be paid in-full. We use STRIPE for our card processing secure gateway with this form. By selecting this form you will be booking and paying the required amount immediately; you should be aware of the amount you need to pay before you complete the form - this form consists of 3-pages; 1 - payment details, 2 - guest information, 3 - checkout.
