If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you are still liable for the FULL HOLIDAY
RENTAL TERMS – unless we are successful in re-letting the holiday accommodation

We do appreciate that it may be necessary to cancel your booking and that genuine
circumstances may cause you to do this, equally, please understand that we incur
administration costs as soon as your reservation is received and when you cancel,
therefore, all cancellations will incur the following charges based upon the difference
between the date of cancellation and your arrival date:-

For arrival dates less than 35-days from when you cancel we will try and re-let the
holiday property to mitigate yours loss of the full holiday rental. If we re-let the
holiday accommodation at the same rental terms the Holiday Rental is refunded if
already paid, all is due if not. If we re-let at lower rental terms then we will refund the
Holiday Rental we achieved if already paid, if not paid you will pay the Shortfall in
Holiday Rental. You will pay any additional advertising fees we incur at cost, if
applicable.
In all cases we apply an Administration Fee for all bookings and Cancellation Fee to
cover the cost of the cancellation administration up to 5-weeks before your arrival
date.
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking, the Lead Guest must inform us
immediately by telephone, you must confirm in writing as soon as possible. If you do
not notify us of the cancellation then the Lead Guest will be liable for the full rental
charges. You should consider taking out personal insurance to cover you in the event
of a cancellation.
